PLEASE NOTE: Our event is run by a large group of VOLUNTEERS - who try to respond to your inquiries in a timely manner.
Outdoor Booth Space
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
This will be 10’x10’ outdoor space for your company to set up a tent or just have a booth for the week. You can sell goods in this area or just promote your business. We are not providing a tent for you but we provide access to 110 power. We plan to keep these spots north of the livestock barns by the food vendors. If demand for these spots are high, we may have to move things around.
Merchant Tent Booth Space
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
We will have a large tent with booth space for a 3’x 8’ table (we will provide) This will be an open-air tent with no lockable doors with minimal grounds security. We will have 110 power supplied. The tent will be open from 5pm-9pm each evening. Setup can be done anytime Monday before 3pm.
