The 2024 Miami County 4-H Fair will be here before you know it! Our 4-H fair is scheduled for June 22-29th with many exciting events and shows planned. The goal of the Miami County 4-H Fair Board is to provide a quality fairground for our county’s 4-Hers, as well as for our community to enjoy. 4-H provides positive youth development, via Purdue Extension, in all 92 counties in the state. Likewise, 4-H prepares young people to be leaders in their communities and around the world through hands-on experiences alongside their peers and caring adults. We, as the Miami County 4-H Fair Board, believe this is a crucial program for the youth in our communities; but we need your help and support!
Our hope is that you, as a potential donor, see the value in contributing to the Miami County 4-H program. Likewise, we hope you see the value in the widespread publicity for you and/or your business that is included in your sponsorship. We want your sponsorship to bring value to your company or cause.

If donations are received after June 1st, advertisement cannot be guaranteed for the current calendar year.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Up to a 4’x8’ sign that you want to hang on front of buildings (you provide the sign)
Sign will remain in place till April. 30th the following year
Buildings are first come first paid. Once you sponsor the building, you have first rights to sponsor that building the following year.
Kids Ag Adventure
Barn Sponsor
The entire former Merchants Building is transformed to an "Ag Adventure” for children to play and learn about various aspects of farming and farm safety. We are looking for multiple businesses to sponsor and promote this new area at the fair.
Sign displayed on the front of building to stay up until Dec. 31. You must provide 4’x8’ (max.) sign.
10’x10’ designated area to set up a booth that can be manned or a stand-alone throughout the entire week. (first 6 to reserve booth)
