Community Building

$350 - 600

Semi formal ballroom-style banquet hall; adjoining warming kitchen with window; 2 restrooms; tables and chairs included; audio/visual equipment rental upon request. Seats up to 350. Approximately 4500 sq. ft.
(recently updated with new carpet and paint)

  • $225 main room for half day

  • ·$350 for full day

  • $600 for two days

    (60 x 60 ft. with an additional stage 200pprox. 50x30)

  • additional fee for 25x20 ft warming kitchen with a 20 foot serving counter

    Security deposit: $150

    Conference room - all day $200

  • Conference room A is 643 square feet the mostly square room is approximately 32x28 ft.

  • Conference room B is 13x13ft 169 sq. feet

The Project Building

9000 sq. ft. building with renovated handicap-accessible bathrooms & adjoining commercial kitchen; tables and chairs included; Seats approximately 300 people or 500 standing room.

  • $150 for half day

  • $250 for full day

  • $200 Kitchen add-on includes:

    20x23 space with large commercial grade range/oven with griddle. 2 residential size ovens, commercial 3 bay freezer, 2 bay refrigerator as well as 2 other refrigerator units, commercial grade sinks and dishwasher

Damage deposit: $150

4-H Food Stand

$75 - 125

Also known as “The Patio”, this 1800 sq. ft. room is heated/air conditioned and has cafeteria -style serving kitchen; max. seating 100.

  • $75 for half day

  • $125 for full day

  • food service & catering available upon request

The Fairgrounds

Enjoy ALL that the fairgrounds has to offer - indoor buildings, kitchen facilities, covered outdoor awnings, livestock barns, arena and show ring, open grass spaces for outdoor activities, parking, bathrooms, shower house & campsites. Rent the entire property for your next event! (Race Track not included) Security deposit: $150
